We were treated very unprofessionally upon bringing in our injured dog. He needed immediate attention but was put in a small cage to be dealt with later. I complained and they reluctantly obliged. I asked if the dog was going to make it and they assured our family that he will be fine. The kids were witnessing him struggle for breath and were crying. We left him in their care and received a call that the dog passed away. Very traumatic time for our family and the they conned us into a cremation and urn because the kids should have a memorium of the pet. Overall they charged us $950+ that we paid for...then they proceeded to send us a bill for $8.79 for something they forgot about??? I purposely did not pay this bill and they sent us notices for 18 months. I promised my wife that I would not go in to rip that place up...Horrible experience.
