Seems to care about making money not healing pets. Does not read charts before examining your pet. Overcharges for medications.

Claim to have experience treating exotic animals, but when I brought my sugar gliders in for a ROUTINE check-up, it was mainly the VET asking ME questions. His mishandling of my little ones resulted in one badly biting me (FIRST TIME EVER), after which he made it worse by trying to yank him off my finger HEAD FIRST. Not only that, they lied about what services they were going to have done (fecal exams on BOTH; only did one). When I spoke to the tech she told me only one fecal exam had been done on the one that DIDN'T bite me. Yet when my friend called back she got a COMPLETELY different story saying that the one that bit had too small a sample to send out alone, so they were sent in the same tube and that BOTH had been tested and came out negative. Now I don't even know if it's safe to have my 8 month old goddaughter come over because I have no idea if they were telling the truth and had both tested :( I will NEVER go back there. COMPLETE waste of time and money. DON'T use them
