Very poor experience, overinflated prices compared to other clinic's in the area. Was belittled and berated for the training that we chose with our animals. Not the first time we have had an issue with the staff at the facility. Very poor experience.

My Weimaraner ran into the clinic wagging his tail despite being poked with the needle by Dr. Bogdan couple of weeks before. Kuba the Weimaraner is in love with Penny and perhaps even more with treats he gets from her. Very nice, professional and friendly staff.

I've been a client of Meadowbrook clinic for at least 5 years. It started when I found 2 abandoned kittens in a ditch. Dr. Art helped me with acclimatizing the kittens with medical help as well as advice. I always find the staff at Meadow Brook Clinic courteous, and efficient. You can tell the love for animals is paramount to the staff. After I've adopted a dog from SPCA I was really impressed the care my dog was given at the clinic. The place is clean and very well run. Prices are also very good compared to other clinics. This is why I will travel almost across town to Meadow Brook Clinic to treat my pets. I've recommended this clinic to others and all became very happy clients.

After 10 years we decided to leave with our 3 dogs. Just not the same with Dr. Art gone. To many Vets with conflicting info about our fur babies. They lost that personal touch of knowing us and our dogs. Would have stayed if Dr. Art was still there. The last straw was last week when the vet did one of our dogs yearly exams in the back room, never in 10 years has this happened to us. Didn't ask if we had any concerns or tell us where he gave the shots in case of tenderness afterwards. Felt like we were pushed to buy 3 products that were not necessary so we didn't. Moved on!

My mother is a senior who has been taking her pets to this clinic for well over 10 years. I was disappointed with her recent appointment that was made for a spay. She was told that in addition to the $390. spay fee, she would have to pay $160.00 for bloodwork and even more for X-rays stretching the cost beyond what she could afford, being on a fixed pension. Dr. Art is good but he had another vet on who does not seem to value long-term clients. As a result, mom has taken her business elsewhere for the spay.

Nice clean clinic. Good staff. Dr Art and Dr Simmonds are very good. They will give you recommendations and help you decide what procedures are most important and why they are recommending them. My costs are always within the estimate amount for surgeries etc. sometimes have to wait a bit but that's because they actually treat their clients pets in an emergency instead of sending elsewhere.
