Awful place. Only concern was with making more tests and running up the bill. In the end, after tests and hospitalization, the doctor did not have a clue as to what was wrong. I had to start all over again with another vet. A total waste of time, money and, unfortunately for my pet, trauma and grief. Avoid them.

I had been going to this vet for many years and was always very happy with them. Something has recently changed, however, and I will not return. I was kept waiting an hour past my appointment while 2 other patients were taken ahead of me. I politely reminded receptionist of my appointment time and was given an excuse about deliveries and the business of the office. Adding insult to injury was hearing them apologize to the patient who had to wait 15 minutes past appointment. No one apologized to me for my one hour wait. I got charged $230 for a dog's ear infection, even though the doctor barely examined him. She didn't weigh him, just cultured and given same medicine I had received in the past. Really disappointing.
