Dr. Cathy is very experienced and compassionate. She will explain all options to you, and won't pressure you either way. She's very knowledgeable and is a realist ... she understands that every pet owner has to make their own decisions according to their own personal situations. No judgment. Lovely disposition, great with the fur babies. All staff are friendly, capable. Overall, a calm experience that left me feeling confident that my pets were in very good care.
