Dr.Osborne made our poor Schnauzer suffer while she continued to run tests and do blood transfusions. My dog had IMHA. Our credit card bill went up and up while our dogs health deteriorated. We finally ended her suffering and put her to sleep. Dr Osborne continued to say she could be saved and made us feel guilty. Our dog did not even recognize us and was clearly in pain when we put her down. It broke our hearts! Dr Osborne even told my wife she knew a family that spent 10,000 dollars to save their dog, as if a motivational speech! We spent 2700 and could not bear to let our dog suffer anymore while the vet tried to find our credit card limit! God will judge! We still weep over our beloved Schnauzer. R.I.P

I took my lab to this vet b/c I knew he had a urinary infection. He had been treated for this by my previous vet in another state so I knew what worked for his proper treatment. After I paid $97.00 for the visit, urine analysis and medicine, my dog continued to get worse & started vomiting from the medicine. I called and asked to switch to either the antibiotic that I knew had worked or to another one they would recommend. They refused unless I came in and paid for another office visit! When I asked for the reason, they said, maybe they had missed something in the first exam! If they had missed something, they should have wanted to do a re-check for no cost! He is now under the care of Dr. Susan Wooten & he is getting better & the vomiting stopped! I was told that if the medicine made my dog sick to call & they would switch the medicine @ no cost! I am very sad and disappointed that my baby boy had to suffer another week with his symptoms because I had chosen the wrong vet.

I love the Pet Vet, staff is very easy to deal with and Dr. Osborne is wonderful.
