Dr. Gandara is not a real good listener and "shushes" you when you try to ask questions. He gets frustrated when you don't agree to all tests he wants to do. Prescription policy has recently changed that you MUST buy all meds through him or his designated pharmacy. I have found these prices to be double and sometimes triple of purchasing the Rx through a reputable source (not on-line, but Walgreens/Target, etc). I do not believe it is best practice for my pet or myself, as an owner, for a vet to have complete price control over necessary medication.

Dr. Gandara lecures and does not listen. I felt he did not hear what I was trying to tell him about my little dog. He also doesn't seem to know very much about pet nutition

I had tried a couple other vets and was not happy with them. I am very pleased with the care my dog receives from Dr. Gandara. you can see how much he cares for animals. The technicians are also very caring. Yoe leave feeling you received the best care possible!

The minute you walk in you know you're in a clinic where your pets come first. The technicians always know who's walking through the door and are always happy to see you. Dr. Carlos puts my dog at ease the minute he walks into the room and I know my dog always gets a thorough, head to toe examination, regardless of what he's there for. The staff is excellent and know exacly whats best for your pet. And the best part is...they're more affordable than almost any clinic in the area! The quality of care I've received at this clinic has exceeded any experience I've had with any other vet. They even call to check up on you weeks after your visit! I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in the area!
