Click to report rating    9/13/18   1     3     1     2   No knowledgeable staff available most of the time. All the people really in charge are remote most of the time and it takes a few days to get a hold of them. They put me through almost thousand dollar expense for a wrong speculation. Where is the common sense?! RID: 66785
Click to report rating    3/29/16   1     3     5     1   I brought my three cats here. The first time was in 2008 when I saw Dr. Vicki Whyte, who I was happy with her. But not the other 2 vets that I saw subsequently. One was very rough when she examined my cat. The other one seemed completely incompetent when I brought my cat in with a fracture. She did only a AP X-ray, which does not show if there is any dorsal displacement. I had to ask her to do a lateral view as well. When I came in to pick up my cat she reassured me that there was no displacement on the lateral X-ray and she'd applied a splint and bandage. I later emailed her for copies of the X-rays (for my own reference). Of course the fracture was displaced and she hadn't reduced it. Furthermore, she charged me several hundreds of dollars for the splint (I think it was around $250), which turned out to be completely inappropriate: it wasn't long enough to immobile the broken limb (I sought a 2nd opinion from another clinic). RID: 60163
Click to report rating    8/31/15   1     3     5     2   I first saw the vets here in 2009, but left because I felt that some of the vets were a bit rough when examining my cats and did not provide the best advice. I recently returned after one of my cats got injured. The main vet was on holiday and her partner was clearly very inexperienced in retrospect. She didn't do the right investigations and charged a lot for unnecessary and inappropriate treatment (I got a second opinion once I realized that something wasn't right). RID: 58248
