Horrid staff, the ones who actually do any work have morose faces and lack any knowledge at all. Then there are the staff that wander around doing nothing. Don't let them leave you in a room waiting on tests as the techs seem to think once they leave the room they don't have to check on your status. Very unprofessional atmosphere, takes blood for one test without preparing for any further tests and puts your dog through having a second blood draw. When you say anything about how you are treated the manager just says he is sorry but doesn't fix any of the problems.

Poor front desk and most technical staff. Great vet care if you are able get Dr. Becker.....some of the other vets are questionable.
