We have taken all our dogs here since the 1970’s. They have treated them with compassion and caring. Would never go to any other vet.

The vets and staff were compassionate towards both me and my elderly cat when she was ill. Though very busy, they were patient and kind and took the time to explain the options, and were nonjudgmental when I ultimately opted for euthanasia. I'm glad I chose them.

I bring both of my pets to Ajax Animal Hospital and would not bring them anywhere else! Both of my pets are a little hard to handle but all of the staff at Ajax Animal Hospital make sure they are healthy and are able to deal with them very well. Most other places I have brought my animals to will always write big bad alerts but the staff here just go slow and are so great!! Great clinic!!

This is an amazing clinic. I have nothing but good things to say about there staff and facilities. They all are so kind and the quality of care is wonderful they give to pets. I would highly recommend them to any pet owner.

Dr. Mimi and staff cared for our dog Max from the time he was a puppy until he finally had to be put down last week after a great 14 year life. We will always be grateful for your dexpertise and your compassion . We thank you from the bottom of our hearts

This is an amazing Vet. Hospital. I have nothing but good things to say about every staff member. They all are so kind and understanding and the vets are also amazing. I have worked in the veterinary field in the past and I completely 100% trust this hospital and the vets judgments. Their quality of care is wonderful but at the same time understand that cost can be an issue and work with you to figure out the best options. I can not thank them enough for everything they have done to help save my pets! Keep up the great work!

I have been using this clinic for the past 5 years & have found them to be most helpful in all the areas necessary for my Bichon. They are very knowledgeable & kind to both me & my dog. Karen Jones is very friendly & my dog likes her (as do I).

My cat was badly hurt after being hit by a car and even though I was frantic, they calmed me and gave her something for pain so we could do what was best for her. I miss her but know we did what was best. Very caring vet and receptionists.

Numerous visits and mis-diagnoses eventually led to my dogs passing. When I raised questions, the vet actually questioned my line of work and told me that I should not question her. Please, it is in your best interest to stay away from this place. They will want you back for numeroud visits, charging you full price, with an investigation that leads no where. I hold them fully responbile for what happened in this situation and will never recommend this place to anyone. I sincerely question their ability to practice effectively and safely.

I have found the vets at this clinic will go beyond what is required to successfully treat a pet. They seem open to a variety of treatments. It was their work that allowed me to keep my beloved dog until she was almost 19 though she had had problems. When I have had to have my dogs put down they have been most compassionate. I have used 3 vet clinics in my years with pets and this one has been the best.

My family has been taking our beloved dogs to Ajax Animal Hospital since moving to the area in the 1970's. We've had nothing but outstanding care there and every member of the staff has gone beyond the call of duty with our dogs. My last two dogs have had difficulties leaving there, they want to stay! Yes, they have exemplary home lives. We've run the gamut in health issues and have felt confident and reassured all of the times. When our last beloved boxer had to be put out of his suffering at a young age, they were there for him every step of the way -and for us also. We have never witnessed rough treatment of any animal there. Thanks for your support and care.

I went to this clinic for several years, with a couple of pets. They are more accommodating than most, but I can't give a glowing review, in that staff are no more enlightened than one is likely to find at any good clinic. They still yank dogs around by the throat, and that kind of thing. Since most dog owners do that too, it may not be a big deal to most. But for those of us who respect our dogs, and have trained them to obey verbal commands, and would never throttle them, we don't find anything special here. Vet's are wonderfully accommodating, though, in allowing owners to do as much of the handling as possible, thus eliminating the concerns about rough handling. So, I would recommend this clinic, but wish they, and the veterinary field in general, were more ethical in the handling of animals. If you wouldn't do it to a toddler, or your 98-year-old grandmother, there's a good chance you shouldn't do it to a dog.
