3/20/18	5	4	5	4	We brought your golden retriever to see Dr. Learn in the fall of 2017 as he was limping. It did take two visits for them to diagnose him with a ligament tear but this was probably to be expected as we first tried some drugs before we chose to have xrays. They were very caring and thorough in their examination of him. They did end up referring us to the Veterinary Hospital on Adelaide as he needed surgery for his torn ligament. Yes it was expensive but I do not think it would have been any cheaper anywhere else. Animals are not cheap. They called us after his surgery to see how he was doing and followed up again after that. Our old vet was bought out by a corporation like a walk in clinic where you see a different vet every time you go in. At Arva Animal Hospital they treat you like family. Would recommend them to anyone :)
6/9/17	5	5	5	5	I have been with Arva Animal hospital for over 30 years. Dr. Ute Straube and her staff are amazing. When I had to put my first rescue down Dr. Straube was right there beside me and my young son sharing our grief.It is the only place (vet) I would ever take any of my pets too.

8/31/15	1	1	1	1	I would highly recommend not to bring your animals to Dr. Tiffany Learn and staff. We had a horrible experience at the Arva Animal Clinic with our cat. Our cat was very sick and we brought him in to see what was going on. (He was 12). I had a feeling it was cancer and wanted to find out right away. So Dr. Learn and her staff examined him and were not nice in handling him and gave him a tranquilizer that was far too strong for him. She also got distracted talking to me and ended up cutting my cats already sore tongue with a tool she was using which caused more blood and pain for him. After all was said and done we left paying a hefty bill and would get a call regarding all blood work and cell work. When I got the call everything came back good and the vet and assistant said to keep an eye on him and more money would be needed, but it was Not cancer. 2 days later we put him to rest due to mouth cancer. Dr Learn wouldn't even return my calls. I hope reading this spares others.
9/27/14	1	1	2	1	My initial visit with my dog was fair. He had an ear infection, and we were told to return in 2 weeks for a follow up. At our 2nd visit the vet told us his ears were still infected, and asked us to continue with the treatment and return in 2 weeks again. We were charged the exact same amount as our initial. While checking out we questioned why we are paying the same amount at the first visit. We were told that we are being charged based on time - she said we were in there for 1/2hr. We were asked if we would like to book our next appointment, and we told the receptionist that we would have to think about it as we felt it was very expensive for a follow up appointment ($118). The most disappointing part about this experience is that we didn't receive a phone call after leaving very disappointed. I called to ask for my dog's records to be transferred to a new vet, she didn't care to ask why.At this time I asked if the owner could give me a call. The owner didn't call.
12/12/13	5	5	5	4	Best Vet ever! Took my stray kitten and kept a close eye on him all nite. Next day she had him eating and the next day he came home with us. She was very tender with him and caring and very honest and straight forward. Middle to Med high prices but the care is awesome! I recommend!

11/30/10	5	4	5	5	I brought my bunny to Dr.Kenzie to be spayed.. she is an amazing vet. She is so good with rabbits, gets down on the floor with them and takes her time. I was having problems getting my rabbit back on food after and she took her back for a day to give her some more pain meds and help me syringe feed her and she even followed up via email and phone calls after. I highly recommend Dr. Kenzie!
