We are taking our dogs here for preparation to import them to New Zealand. The process is extremely convoluted and requires SO many legal issues, red tape and requirements. Court Animal Hospital have taken time to research everything required to ensure our babies arrive in New Zealand and pass quarantine safely. Dr Julia Murray and the technicians, Tiffany and Sarah, not only treat our dogs with care and love, but they are knowledgeable and do everything in their power to ensure this process is as easy and clean cut as possible for us. Even the receptionists are extremely friendly and are taking such good care of our babies and us. I can not recommend this animal hospital enough. You will absolutely not regret taking your babies here for anything they need. Thank you to the team at Court Animal Hospital!

Dr Julia is an amazing woman with so much compassion for the animals. The staff is also very compassionate with the animals. My dogs actually wag their tales when we go there. The patience and attention they give to not only the person to give them information, but also to the animal to make them feel relaxed and safe. Good job Dr.Julia and staff!!!

Have always had a positive experience at Court Animal Hospital with many of our cats of all ages over the years. Dr. Murray is kind, straight forward, explains any problems clearly, consults with you about options and doesn't push unnecessary procedures. The prices are very reasonable and the vet techs always take their time with animals and their owners.

I don't know if they are good or not all I know is I was away and my baby got sick they said he had to be put down apparently there was nothing they could do and it kills me to see some of these reviews because they didn't even bother to call me or wait so I could say goodbye instead I cry every day still because I wasn't there and he died alone on a table with a vet who probably didn't care I hurt inside because of it every day wishing they would have called me and let me say goodbye to my baby Cobbie :(

Don't go to court animal hospital I took my kitten in because his leg was broken and they took an xray. Dr julia told me that the break was too high up to cast and I HAD to sign a surrender form and the surgeries would cost 3000 dollars and would take 2 months didn't tell me what that means I thought it meant signing him to their care not giving him up for good.talk about taking advantage of a poor mentality slow mentality ill person. And because of what dr Julia did to me my depression has gotten worse along with my gravol abuse and I have suicidal thoughts more often (not saying I am going to commit suicide just THINKING ABOUT it more often) dr Julia didn't even give me a chance to figure something out how to pay for it. I'm sure I can come up with an idea in a 2 month period. And this afternoon my sister gave me a couple of suggestions. I tried to get in touch with her 3 times with email cause I have no phone no reply from her thinking toi bad for you you signed a form

the front staff is kind & courteous. their bedside manor is perfect and you can tell they love their animal clients & human clients alike. Dr. Julia on the other hand was condescending & rude. She spent more time scolding my wife and i for our dog being afraid of her than actually helping us. at the end she made diagnosis without actually looking at our dog and told us she'd rather us not come back unless we took our dog to training. funny thing is our dog was in training, she is just afraid at vets. you'd think a vet would understand not all animals are okay with being poked and prodded and would have some skill / patience / technique to help coax an animal into security. i wouldn't recommend doctor julia to anyone... she spends more time angry than helpful for no apparent reason.

I would highly recommend this clinic and Dr Julia. A?l the staff are kind and very caring about your pets. I have never had a bad experience with Court.

Dr Murray, Ronnie and Lindsay and all the staff have always been very knowledgeable and caring with our pets and us. We have brought all our pets since 2002 to them. They help us with anything we need and even have waited past closing time to see us regarding my husband's work schedule and drive time since we moved to the Falls. I would recommend Court Animal Hospital to anyone. Dr Murray is a very caring and discerning individual. If you had a problem with her, I'm sure it had more to do with you and not her. She has found her true calling. She helps animals because she can't not help. She doesn't do it for the money. You can trust her with your pet's lives.

I would not recommend this vet to anybody. Anybody who knows me, knows my love for my animals. This vet was condescending towards me and I found her manner to be rude. I took my sick cat in for a checkup, thinking she was stressed (new cat in house) and perhaps a resp. infection (she started wheezing a few days prior). She told me she was actively dying and needed to be put to sleep. I was not prepared for this and wanted to take my girl home for the night. Dr. Murray told me that if I did so, she would call the humane society on me and they would come and take her and put her down and it would not be pleasant. She could have offered her some pain control? and allowed me to say goodbye to my cat in my own way. As I struggled to make the decision, she seemed annoyed at the delay and asked the tech if we needed the room for another appt. I stood crying and it took about 20 times me wiping snot and tears on my sweater before I was even offered a tissue. Horrible. HORRIBLE experience.

I can't stand Dr. J. Murray. A member of my family goes to her and she all sweet and willing to work on financing. I go to her (and I always pay my bills) and she goes "I don't do anything if you don't have the money up front to pay for it." What?? Racist I think.

My pet s have been patients since 1990. The care has been excellent and my concerns have always bee addressed. Completely satisfied with the care my pets receive.

I had all good visits here at this clinic with both my chow chow and my cat. My dog gets nervous at the vets and they were really good with him and even got him in right away when he had an infection after mating. My cat is not so happy with them as he was neutered there lol They helped me get assistance with the price of the neutering and also micro chipped him for a good price. They also gave me a discount on my dog's visit when he had the infection as i didn't have a lot of money at the time. Very good experience every time we visited :)

I will never use this vet again...ever. I fell disabled and could no longer work so am on disability. I brought my cat in for a spay and I used their spay/neuter program for low income people. I brought my cat in for the required appointment and she tried to shove food down my throat, tried to shove this and that down my throat. I booked the spay and it turned out my cat had a uterine infection and they wanted to keep her over night. They admitted that between 6pm-8am no one would be in the office to check on my cat who could pull out her stitches and bleed out. So I opted to take her home against medical advice and keep a close eye on her myself. They didnt like that. I wanted my male neutered and they told me that because I didnt follow the vets instruction with my previous cat they wouldnt neuter this cat and told me if I couldnt afford to pay full price for a neuter perhaps I shouldnt own any pets. Take your cat to Prince Charles in Welland, $20 more but well worth it
