Today we had to put our Great Dane down, Dr Hanna checked in with us on his day off to make sure he was ok. This was his one day off with family yet he too the time to make sure we were ok. He has always made us feel validated in our concerns yet never jumped the sending out for the expensive tests. He cried with us and stayed with us while caesar went to sleep. The payment and paper work were not pushed at us and we were told we could cl in later to pay. amazing care and love. Caesar MacDoanlds family say thank you

Never have I ever had a dog get excited about going to the vet before, maybe Tim Horton's drive-thru in hopes of a timbit falling into the car but never a vet until I started to bring Sherlock to The Collegeway Animal Hospital about 5 yrs ago. He gets so excited as soon as I pull into the parking lot he knows and is very excited. Everyone is so loving and caring, even the greeters Milo, when he is not napping, and Sugar when she is there, no wonder our pets look forward to going there, even if the reason they are going is not as pleasant as their greetings and visit with the doctor and staff. Thank you Dr. Hanna, all staff, Milo and Sugar for giving us such a positive experience during our visits.

Absolutely wonderland veterinary practice.
Dr. Hanna and stuff , caring and super knowledgeable. I would highly highly recommend the place Over the past 13 years i've been to 5 vet hospitals and out of the 5 I like this one best, no other clinic compares!
The compassion and expertise of this vet is top notch! You can trust your babies here!!! We already trust and we're so happy .

Excellent service.The staff and Dr. Hana are very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. They explained in detail what they were going to do and handled our cat Daisy with kit gloves. My wife and I were very impressed with Dr. Hana and how he thoroughly examined Daisy and provided us a detailed review of Daisy's blood test results and the things that we could do to improve her health. Dr. Hana is a very kind and comforting veterinarian.

Dr Hanna is a very professional and caring vet who really goes the extra mile to ensure our dog and cat receive the best care - he is so attentive to them. When our dog required a surgery Dr Hanna provided very good care, was clear with instructions and followed up with phone calls to ensure our boy was okay. Thank you Dr. Hanna for really caring about the animals you treat and their families.

I cannot praise Dr. Hanna and his team enough for the incredible care they have given to my two cats over the years. From the regular check up visits, to the moment of having to put our cat down, Dr. Hanna is focused on care with a heart of deep compassion. He is the kind of vet who will do tests and procedures only if he feels it is truly necessary, and not because of your pocket book - its because he doesn't want to put animals through anything they do not have to go through. Dr. Hanna feels like he is part of our family- so much more than just our vet. So caring, and he cares about what you are going through as the owner too. He is transparent - showing you exactly what he will do, and will even do it with you there if that helps you. It is not a "go sit down and we'll deal with this in the back" kind of place. You are a part of the process. He knows your pet needs you, and he does everything with that in mind. Just CALL. You will be more than happy you did.

Dr. Hanna has been our vet for the last 3 years. We've always found him to be caring, and kind towards our dog, and willing to address whatever questions and concerns we may have regarding his health. Him and the staff are easy to talk to, and with regards to procedures, suggestions are made, but never forced upon us. Yes, we have found out that vet care can be expensive, but even in this regard, Dr. Hanna has been a gentle guide as we try to make decisions that are right for our pet, and family finances.

All I can say is that Dr. Hanna and the staff here are great. The clinic is clean, bright, and efficient. Of course veterinary care seems expensive when compared to our 'human' OHIP-funded health care in Ontario, but that's our responsibility as pet owners. Everything is always explained to me ahead of time and I can opt out of certain things without any pressure if I can't afford it. I would not trust my three pet's health (a dog and two cats) to anyone else. We actually transferred their records from another local vet. Dr. Hanna kissed my cats' head once during an exam. I knew to stay with him at that moment.

Bad service!! Lied about work that needed to be performed and overcharged for the family cat. Charged more than previously discussed. Will not be bringing my animals here ever again and will advise friends and family to seek another professional.

I just love Collegeway Animal Hospital!! Dr. Hanna has helped me with my animals over the years and he truly is a kind, loving and compassionate Vet. He truly loves animals. My Cat is very skittish of people. He puts my Cat at ease the moment we arrive. He is always on time, his clinic is super clean and bright, has a friendly and courteous Staff. His rates are more than fair compared to other Vets. I've been to many clinics and his by far is the best in every aspect! They truly do not come any better than Dr. Hanna, he listens to all my concerns and explains everything in detail. I'm so happy and highly recommend Collegeway Animal Hospital, I promise you will not be disappointed.

Dr Hanna and his staff are always very helpful and considerate. They seem to truly care about the animals they treat. My chihuahua who can be sometimes fearful of strangers had no issue when meeting Dr. Hanna for the first time due to the doctors calm nature. I have recommended this vet clinic to my friends and family.

Fantastic staff, a very clean facility, and an honest vet! Dr. Hanna truely cares for his clients, both two legged and four. I trust Dr. Hanna and his staff to care for all of my pets. They even give you a tour of the facility if you would like.

I realize that every vet is a rip off, so I try to find a vet that will at least care about your pet while ripping you off. Dr. Hanna is very easy to deal with, thorough and really does care. Once my cat was sick and while trying to figure out what was wrong, he offered to draw more fluid from the cat's chest and keep her in a cage with oxygen for free, to relieve some of her discomfort. He even cried while putting her down. You can't really fake stuff like that. He's kinda expensive, but I trust his judgment more than any other vet I've come in contact with. Only thing is, I wish he'd do a better job going over costs before he proceeds with treatments and such.

Vet and staffs are very friendly. Environment is nice. In and out in a short period of time, no waiting (I have appointment). The only doubt that I have is about the price. They never tell me which service/medication is needed which is recommended(optional), and what the price is beforehand (give me a choice of taking it or not). And my dog almost fall off the exam table when the doctor was holding him (I caught him).
