This place is despicable and is just out to get all the money they can out of you.I brought in my cat for cremation. I wanted to bring him myself to Forever in Peace Cremation but due to Covid, they are closed to the public and you have to go through the vet's office. The price at F.I.P. was $80 plus tax but Mission Vet charged me $200!! I would understand a small "agent" fee but 135% more! To be clear, the vet clinic does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Forever in Peace picks up and returns the pet and does ALL the work. So what exactly is the additional $115 for? Stay away from this place.

was charged a aggressive dog fee witch doesnt exsist anywhere else.bandage disposal fee???never heard of that.no compassion for wounded dog.doesnt know history of my dog even though i have taken him there many times,couldn't be bothered to look up dog file.didn't even know his name.happily took my dog somewhere else.

LOVE Dr. Susan Calverley. She is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares for all the animals she sees. We have been a client of hers for over 10 years and wouldn't trust our pets with anyone else. The staff are wonderful too! Thank you!!

I've only had good experiences with this clinic. A bit pricey, but the staff seem well educated. The vets take time to explain the issues with your pet and do extra research when necessary.

Really nice lady surrounded by many friendly knowledgable staff, sometimes seems pricey but almost every vet I ever met was like that and sometimes its expensive to be cutting edge as they are here and overall I enjoy going here as much as you can enjoy a trip to the vets

According to CVBC as the statutory body created by the Veterinarians Act Veterinarians are required to in every aspect of the handling of a case, meet the standard of care, skill and knowledge, and conduct, expected of a competent and ethical professional.In my opinion, Dr.Susan Calverley failed in all these areas. I had 4 very healthy puppies prior to visiting this clinic.With-in 2 days, I had 3 very sick puppies, one has passed away already. I intent to persue this matter further.

We can't say enough about Dr Caverley and her staff, they are caring and compassionate to all the animals they treat. How many dogs do you see actually pawing their door to get in. If it wasn't for the excellent care of Susan, her staff, David Moffatt and K9H2O our dog would not be where he is today. Top marks to the whole team.

First off it's located in a horrible, noisy location. The exam rooms are so small I could spread my arms and touch the walls. We were stepping over my dog to examine him. Dr. Calverley was ok but I dont feel she helped anymore than any other vet, especially with her qualifications which is why I went there. My dog also recieved a physiotherapy treatment from Mr. Moffitt. He charged me $110 for a 5 minute session which did absolutely nothing for my dog. He held my dog at the front while I pulled at the rear! I felt totally disgusted when I left.

Great vet, help me so much after I walked out on my previous vet, my dog was dying of bone cancer, they were amazing. Very comforting and compassionate.
