I had an appointment for a 1st time visit with a new vet here for a yearly booster for my 3 yr old healthy rescue cat..I was greeted by a cold and unfriendly receptionist who barked a few orders to me. while I waited 15+ minuts for my new vet I saw her walk by 3-4 times ,looking at me, yet,
never smiling or saying hello.
The vet turned out to be just as chilly and unfriendly as the reception. she suggested a few hudred $ for additional test(not liking the service I declined)I left spending 200+ dollars and feeling shortchanged in both service and customer care.I would never reccomend this place to anyone!It was a shabby location & experiance !
