The staff although friendly likes to chat and doesn't seem to mind keeping you waiting. Though, maybe it's because the owners have set a policy of overbooking. Since I have met both the owners and have discussed some of their business model at one time I belief that they do stretch the the bounds of ethics and courtesy. My pet doesn't like to go to the doctor. Who really does. Now, on the topic of the word "value". It should be removed from the name and called the Nickel and Dime Vet...or nickel-dime-vet.com. why, because initial visits are low, to entice the new customer visit, they are very good at adding many charges,that apparently, are necessary "if you care for your pet". They are no different in pricing in my opinion than any non chain vet company's, and in some case more costly. They also push their products heavily. This is just our experience, at one location, over several visits. You may think otherwise. We hope these comments help you evaluate your pets care.
