This vet is the worst in this area. My dog was ran over and they refused to see her. They have made appointments for my 3 dogs and then I arrive and suprise, no appointments. This has happened 3 times. This place is horrible and disgusting. DO NOT let them near your animals.

My 3yo rescue Dog had a lot of problems in his first year, Dr.B worked patiently through the diagnoses, explained each step & treatment, and the course he was taking. Over 3-4 months, everything worked out! He really does spend quality time with your pet and him and the staff show a lot of compassion. Adrienne is great Vet Tech as well!
Given my finanical situation, the clinic prices seemed in the mid-upper range (but given the time they spend and the modern facility, understable). Thankfully, they were able to bend some of the pricing to a much more manageable number to allow me to get the best treatment for my Dog. A year has passed and I would never even think about going to another Vet Hospital in the Vaughan/Richmond Hill area.

Very caring amd supportive! Will never go anywhere else. We have 3 dogs and have been to vet's all throughout North America as we have moved around a lot. We are now settled here and Dr. B is our vet for life!

The staff and Dr. B are all amazing! He can remember our names after not seeing us for months. Always quick service, lots of explanation, and very clean with up to date equipment!

Wonderful vet, compassionate and personal. Excellent staff and facility. Have never had to wait. Would recommend Dr. B and his clinic to all! Our new puppy got hold of my hubby's medication and swallowed at least four......we called the clinic at 7.30 p.m. and luckily live very close....Dr. B. told us to come immediately. He treated our pup who thankfully has no after effects due to quick reaction and care! Thanks Dr. B.

Excellent Animal Hospital. Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. B is the best I've ever been to. Explains everything so that we can actually understand. Caring compassionate Doctor and the Staff are great. I would recommend this clinic to anybody that loves their pets.....EXCELLENT!!

Very good clinic and a Vet. I have visited quite a few clinics in Maple/Richmond hill area but Dr. B is the best. Very honest and caring Vet. Great work up for my dog. He understands clients concerns very well and answers all the questions very calmly.
