Dr. Waddell is my most favorite veterinarian that I have met. He truly cares. He doesn't try to upsell and takes a practical approach to many conditions. He is first-rate.

Dr. Waddell is by far the best vet we have ever been to, knowledgeable, informative, patient, caring and very kind. Charges are more then fair and Kevin never tries to upsell shots or any kind of medications or services. Our dog still "hates" going there, but that is nothing personal. The staff is also very helpful and always very friendly which is appreciated. I would and have recommended Kevin and staff to many people as I know that Townline Animal Care truly cares about our pets.

The moment we switched vets we knew we picked the right place. Dr. Waddell always treats us, but more importantly our pets with so much respect. His diagnoses have always been right and he will provide us with treatment options and we never feel like he is taking advantage. All staff is very friendly and the facility is always clean and in top shape.

Townline and Dr. Kevin are the best! If he moves up to an hour away I will travel to see him with my 5 pets. He always recommends 3 treatments (for senior/ill scenarios) of varying costs etc and then recommends what he would do if it were his pet. He would never recommend something that was not needed to increase costs. I have literally gone in thinking I needed a service/product and expecting to pay for it and he has told me I didn't need this service and to save my money. Incredible person! We are VERY lucky to have him.

I brought my senior dog in today for the 1st time as I wanted a second opinion. The staff are very welcoming and friendly! Kevin was was great. He took the time to examine my dog, explain things during the examination and thoroughly go over all our options and answer my questions after the exam. When I returned home I sent kevin an email in regards to my dogs meds and he replied literately within minutes. I will definitely be switching both my dogs to Townline Animal Hospital!

Fantastic clinic. Dr. Waddell is trustworthy and informative. Takes the time to answer your questions and prices are very reasonable. He does not offer up needless meds or exams...and in fact has talked me out of a couple of things to save me money. I am very glad I made the switch for my 3 dogs.

Moving to Ontario I wasn't sure where to bring my pets but my family insisted on taking them to this location. I can understand why, Dr. Kevin is a very caring doctor. I have brought dogs and rats to this location and he has always made sure to answer all of my questions. Every time one of my rats were sick he would listen to the symptoms and let me know what the best option was. I do believe other vets have better prices however quality wise this is the vet I choose.

Townline veterinarian clinic is by far the best clinic I have ever brought my animals too! Dr Waddell is an amazing compassionate veterinarian-. he answers all your questions and you never feel rushed and the prices are so reasonable! today I brought my 13 year old golden retriever and he treated her like she was part ofhis family!I will never go anywhere else! amazing!

Dr. Waddell is a very compassionate and caring Vet. He has never made us feel rushed and always gives his personal , honest perspective. We had to put our dog down and he was incredibly sensitive and caring during a difficult moment. Highly recommend him and his team.

Dr. Waddell and staff are great to deal with at Townline Animal Hospital. I started bringing my dog in about a year ago and she has had a number of health issues over her 5 years. Dr. Waddell wanted to get a hold of her past records from other vets. What impressed me more was that he actually took the time to read through all 50+ pages of it. Then he offered to send it to me as an attachment in an email so that I had it electronically as well! Awesome. He's very thorough with examinations and explains everything as he goes. He lets me know about the pros and cons of treatments and keeps me informed on details of pricing (which seem very fair...and I've been to many vets!) I'm really happy to have found such a great vet in Cambridge. They are actually located on the exact opposite end of town from where I live, but the extra 20 minute drive is well worth it.

I have been a client of Dr. Kevin Waddell for many years. Love, Love, Love, this man! He and his staff have always provided exceptional care and service to my dog and our family. He always took his time to explain things and helped us to make educated decisions on our dog's health and well being. The clinic staff are amazing, efficient, polite and caring people. The clinic is a new facility and kept spotless. I would recommend this to any pet lover who wants the best care for their furry loved one.

We switched to this clinic because it was closer and more affordable...but we stayed because of the excellent service and the love of animals shown by everyone who works here. No matter the problem, Dr. Kevin and his staff take the time to ensure you have all the information you need, that it is the best interests of you and your furry family member and are extremely compassionate. I am so happy we switched!

We had brought in a stray cat and wanted to have the cat seen by a vet to be examined and neutered. Kevin was able to do this on short notice (morning of), yet was still able to take his time looking over the cat, presenting options to us. Never pushy, very patient to both us and the cat, he was very practical in what he offered. By the end of the day our stray cat was neutered, vaccinated, and they even clipped his names and cleaned up the motor oil that was matting his fur. I really appreciate the extra effort that was taken here. This cat was very frightened, and they were still able to do everything and make it the least traumatizing as possible. I also appreciated that the pricing for everything was very fair. No surprises, no pushing for extra services. After owning several cats, and having had several vets over the years. This was my best vet experience so far.

Dr.Kevin Waddell is absolutely wonderful. My husband and I can't say enough about him. He is compassionate, friendly and professional & we consider him a friend as well as our vet. I think everyone should take their pets there! :)

I have brought both my dogs here since I moved here 3 years ago and our Cat who passed away last year. We have a Chocolate Lab (13 years old) and a Black Lab cross (4 years old). We've been in for regular checkups and once after our old girl had a small stroke and a couple of times when our very old cat (19 years) became ill. What strikes me most about this vet is how they take their time to explain options and go out of their way to steer you away from money wasting procedures. I've been a pet owner my whole life and have dealt with many vets. I completely trust the this clinic for it's honesty, professionalism and compassion. I highly recommend it. The only down side is that it is a smaller clinic so if you need very specialized equipment they can't do it there. That would be the only small draw back.

Moving quite frequently, I have brought my three cats to numerous veterinarians over the years. Not one other vet has compared to Dr. Waddell at Townline Animal Hospital. His facilities are modern and up to date, and he is great with patients and their owners. Wait times have always been reasonable, even when Dr. Waddell agreed to see our cat on an emergency basis. When this same cat required very major surgery in December, Dr. Waddell's prices were very reasonable and he followed up both by e-mail and telephone. We never doubted our his expertise. Since surgery, our cat has made a 100% recovery. There is no other vet that I trust as much as Dr. Waddell.

Dr. Waddell is highly knowledgeable and is very clear and precise communicating and supplies you with many options for your situation. His prices are fair and he and his staff have been very helpful to me. I'm glad I made the switch to his clinic.

I brought my dog in with no appointment because we thought she was having or had had a stroke. Dr. Kevin Waddell, who owns the place, was excellent. We just moved to the area so we hadn't been there yet. He spent lots of time with me and Hershey to determine the cause of her symptoms, he spent time outlining all the options, all the possible reasons for her symptoms so I had all the information I needed to make informed decisions. He also made his recommendations as he guided me through the options. He didn't push any unnessary and expensive options. Here is a vet who genuinely cared about my dog, and the dogs owner, he didn't try to upsell unnessary services and wasn;t rushed. He even followed up with me by email 8 am the next morning and with a phone call in the afternoon to check up on Hershey. He was VERY knowledgeable as well. I woulnd;t hesitate to recommend him and his practice.
