Tried to force me to stop holistic medicines helping my cat to give him chemotherapy. Got mad when I refused, then convinced me to do prednizone shot, which ultimately killed my cat through constipation, because injection lasted for 6 weeks. He died before six weeks was up. Second episode with injured cat attacked by coyote. Other emergency Vet (Ina Rd. Animal Hosp. review under name) forced me to transfer to this facility where they declined my cat and failed to care for her while laying there suffering, then handing me a large bill and a dead pet in a box. Had the nerve to say that I was lucky they did what they did. Harassed me all day and night. Filed police reports. When I told them I was calling the police because they were threatening me if I were to transfer the kitty to a different facility, they then copied me. Illegally obtained my residential address from animal control, and are currently harassing me. AG complaint filed.

I waited for 3 hours and still recieved no answers. They were not able to communicate anything, how much longer, or even if they were able to see my dog. The estimates were not what was discussed. They were not able to prioritize the cases and the employees seemed to be in over their heads. The receptionist grunted the entire time and only ever passed things off the the back. The techs were rude and unable to accomplish anything. I would never refer anyone to this place!!!!

The facilities are very pleasant, and the office staff and technicians were nice. But we waited a long time to see the vet, and the initial treatment was expensive, and the total estimated treatment was outrageous.

They seem more interested in running expensive MRI's and spinal taps and numerous blood tests even if they had just been done days before. Never get a positive answer and euthanasua seems to be the answer when a diagnosis is not found
