I was in the waiting room when the woman with the puppy spay was there (previous comment). Don't believe a word she is saying - she was very money hungry and rude. This staff and hospital has been very courteous and compassionate.

Took puppy in for spay, picked her up later that day and waited around 30 min to be brought out. Same time an older man comes in and requests that all 3 of his dogs vet records be transfered to a new vet. Receptionist asked if he was unhappy with something. No response or reassurance why. Hmm... am I missing something here? Vet finally brings my puppy out and explained/apologizes that the vet tech cut her arm when trying to cut the tape that held the IV needle in. She has an "L" shaped, 1cm x 1cm laceration with double the amount of stitches than her spay incision! Dr. left her w/ me and after another 15-20min of confusion, vet tech (one that cut her) comes out and says, "What, you not pau (finished) yet?" I was stunned? What the heck, you cut my puppy, you don't even give me post-op care instruction and you imply why I'm still here? What a joke. Dr dresses her arm only to have her skin come off in another 1cm x 1cm spot. All this for 10% off of future service. Yeah right.
