I brought my cat to this practice twice. The first visit went well. The second visit not so good. The vet tech was rude and condescending. I felt that the prices were already higher than the competition.No way will I pay top dollar to be treated poorly.

The facilities are beautiful, the staff is honest and knowledgeable, and the prices are reasonable. They may not be the cheapest in town but they are worth the money, and if I (a college student with two dogs, one with medical problems) can afford it so can you. And in the case you can't they do not make you leave feeling guilty, and if you want something you can't afford they will work out a payment plan with you. They are both people and animal lovers As well. They will come out from behind the desk to greet you and your dog, and when my dogs throat was closing and I had to take him there to be saved, they demanded we stayed until we were both comfortable. They sat next to me the whole time and told me in laymen terms what was wrong and where to go every step of the way. I couldn't be the pet owner I am without the support of 4 paws animal hospital and their entire staff.

The woman at the front desk is lovely and polite, but that's where it ends. My dog ended up with a severe ringworm or other fungal infection after being groomed. At least 20 other dogs have been infected and the Dr charges for treatment when it was aquired there !
