Great people, they have provided excellent care for both of our dogs. Very good through the death of our Mastiff due to cancer, understanding and comforting. I highly recommend them.

Excellent staff, really understanding and helpful. I've had many pets over the years and I've had to make tough decisions, they always made it the best situation possible for me. If I need an appointment, I can usually get in that day. They are punctual and professional. I would highly reccomend this clinic.

My animals have been patinets of mapleview Animal Clinic for 7 years. I have been extremely happy with every single thing that I've brought my animals in for. These veterinarians and staff truly care for my pets. They treat them like their own. Their facilities are very clean, it doesn't have that the clinic smell at all. My dogs are always greeted with cookies from everybody, which is probably why they absolutely love going. Best service and best veterinary care hands down. I trust everything that they've done. I had an emergency with one of my kittens a few years ago, they handled it with class, and one of the staff members even drove me down to the Tronto emergency clinic for the kitten to have its surgery. I will never forget the incredible service, I will be forever grateful!

Terrible! Expensive, stingy, rude staff. I already have a puppy that goes there. Got a second and paid for a full. exam to check if puppy was fit and vaccines. I received a puppy package with first dose of advantage. The pup was unfit and I had to make the hard decision of returning her. Got a replacement and took to clinic again. Asked for a discount due to situation; was denied. Then I said that if I had to pay full exam again I was certain I would get a puppy package with one dose of advantage. The tec refused again. I argued each puppy is entitled and this is a new puppy. She was rude, refused to accommodate, and crticized me on top of it all. I got my dog out of there and went somewhere else. They just lost two clients. They are a new clinic. They should strive to make clients happy.

$Caching$ They give out medicine like candy $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ I got a second opinion from another vet, my dog didn't need the two of the medicines he was subscribed. My dog needed quick medical attention and was in pain - I initially walked in no appointment. They couln't care less about the pain my dog was in and told me to come back 5 hours later they were booked. There was no one waiting to see the Vet in the 15 minutes I stood there. I called the girl there out on this and she said apoints were booked and the next patient was probably just late. Yeah, that's a caring clinic. They care about the dollars only and how much they can bilk from you. Shameless!

A truly amazing place. Dr. Steph always takes her time with he patients and is willing to offer advice. They even let me call in and describe what is wrong with my dog to try to determine if I need to come in or not. They are great will follow up appointments and don't charge. The vet techs and office manager are extremely friendly and informative. They took care excellent care of my puppy when she was spayed. Best vet I have ever been to.

I recently adopted a stray from the shelter. They were the only vets that hnoured the complimentarty exam. They tok their time with me and answered all my questions. My cat has tartar build up and needs dental work. They gave me lots of options for treatment without pressuring me into any decisions. I highly recommend them to anyone!

The staff at this clinic are amazing. I had a very high maintance bull dog and he was at the vet all the time. Dr baldry always took amazing care of him. He just go put down and it was a very comforting experience for him, they were exceptional with him and with us. I would recommend Dr baldry to anyone who has a pet she is one of a kind.

We brought our puppy here for an emergency and they made it impossible for us to even consider keeping him. Had the bill up the the thousands within minutes. Were extremely rude to us when we signed over his care. never let us see our pet again. Also told us it was none of our business to know what came of our pet. Very rude and heartless and just out to make money. Will never be back and do not recommend them to any friends looking for a vet. So unfortunate.

Good location; two vets very nice; techs/staff are friendly and obvious pet lovers; adequate evening hours (but not open Sundays and no emergency care). All in all very caring place, plus my dog loves to go there!
