AMAZING VET - From the little brown building on the corner to their new beautiful hospital Orleans Vet has always been a caring and professional hospital. I have always felt that they treat my family with the best professional care. Their staff is like no other, always with a smile and can handle the most sensitive of situations. If you are looking for a vet in Ottawa I would recommend giving them a call

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful the staff are at Orleans Vet Hospital. We first began going to there with our pets in 2010, when we took up residence in Orleans. They discovered that one of our 4 pups had a very rare muscle disease and they acquired assistance from other experts in Canada and in California. It was that love of animals that SAVED OUR PUPS LIFE! Not all vets are willing to go that extra mile! We no longer live in Orleans but continue to return to Orleans Vet Hospital to this day despite the 2 hour drive that it takes us to get there. They are kind, super friendly, always helpful and they treat us like family! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all you do for our family!

Dr. Chandroo and tech Tarra are very caring and respectful of our cat's needs. Vet takes time to listen and support us. Most front staff are friendly. Good selection of food in shop and prescription foods better priced than with other vets.

Ever since they built their new building they have lost all caring. I went to the clinic for years and they were always pricy but had ok service. now they have a new big shiny building and will offer you a drink while you wait (literally 8 times by 8 different staff, but they are just a buisness now and could care less about your pet. Didn't let me stay with me dog during examination, not even when the vet came to speak with us afterwards. never heard of going to the vet and never being in the same room as the vet and my dog at the same time. how am i suppossed to point out my area of concern? i had to sit in a room with the vet while i could here my sick dog barking and whining in another room when she could have been in the room with me and relaxed. will never ever return they lost my buisness

Have taken my precious poodles there for over 20 yrs. Never had anything but respectful, compassionate and top-notch care. Dr. Kurt Streib is the best vet ever-only wish I could get the same level of care for my sick daughter, as I can for my pets at this clinic! Always takes time, explains, educates and truly likes my dog. Even keeps her on his lap before dental surgery-waiting for her temperature and pulse to get back to normal. (Very nervous at the vets-but loves Kurt) I know she is always well cared for when I have to leave her for care and observation. Dr. always calls with update after a procedure or diagnosis. Reception and vet tech's are exceptional! Love this clinic.
