NOTE: This rating is for Dr. Braganza specifically! I'm actually in shock to see the poor readings, I can genuinely say that I adore Vanessa and so thankful for everything she has done for my little one. After switching maybe 5 vets I finally found someone who was able to help me with my Shih-Tzu's chronic ear infection/skin problem. My dog has been in her care since I believe 5 yrs old and I could not be happier. She is incredibly sweet, genuine and caring. I refer others to her with zero hesitation. She recently waived many fees from weekly re-checks, calls me personally to see how things are going, and was sincerely happy to see my little guy was back to being 100%. She isn't just about the money - my old guy has many health problems and she's had endless opporunities to make money off of me as a client and hasn't, she advises me NOT to do surgery bc of his age and in all honesty she's turning down the opporunity to make THOUSANDS off my dog alone. Money hungry Dr.Braganza? HELL NO

Dr. Bragandza is aweful. She overcharged me for x-rays, then found me the most expencive referral. THEN told me I was WASTING HER TIME because I asked her to find more then one referral and practically accused me of being neglegent towards my own pet!. THIS WOMAN DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE A VET. I dont understand how her employees feel good about representing that facility and her work. I work at a petstore, and listen to customers complain about woodland pet hospital at least once every week.

I had a very bad experience with this clinic. They charged me a super high expense for dog titer which is actually double price of the other clinic I found later. The worst thing is that their microchip scanner didn't work well and read the WRONG microchip number and they put the WRONG number on the titer report. I found it few weeks later and of course this report is useless. Then I asked them to redo the titer for free but they asked me to pay half-price again! I spent few working hours to argue with them and wasted almost one working day. This is the worst pet clinic I have ever known. I will NEVER NEVER go to this clinic ever again. I wouldn't go to this clinic if I found the vet review here first. So I strongly suggest you don't go to this clinic unless you want to file you complaints here later....

For some reason the Vet is not available when needed and does not like clients questioning procedures. At the beginnig I was happy, than realized that my concerns were being ignored which turned into the Vet not seeing my dog and have only dealt with the front staff who are extremely helpful.

The doctors at this clinic are never available to see me for evening appointments. Everytime I call the veterinary is never in. At least the girls at the front counter are nice and seem to truly care about your pet. I have had many conversations with Natalie about my dog`s nutrition, If anything she is worth speaking to. If only she was the veterinarian, they might be more successful in retaining clients, because I will only go to purchase dog food from there now.

I found the staff nice but confused and tired.the facility is not warm welcoming feeling into it, more look like a food storage.But Dr. Denenberg is very friendly and patient, he seems knowledgeable and helpful.

VERY UPSET ABOUT CHARGES FOR EMERGENCY SERVICE. TEND TO FEED ON CLIENT FEARS. MY PET WAS TREATED WITH THE MORE EXPENSIVE TREATMENT. I WENT TO ANOTHER VET, TREATMENT WAS MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE AND THE DOCTOR WAS GREAT IN ALLEVATING MY FEARS AND CONCERNS. MY PET WAS GIVEN TABLETS INSTEAD OF INJECTIONS WHICH WERE MUCH LESS PAINFUL AND FAR LESS EXPENSIVE.
