My dog has been seeing Dr Ramzy since he was a puppy and always a good experience. All checkups and routine care costs are within reasonable ranges - and he takes the time to explain which are necessary versus optional. My dog has only had two major non-routine issues so far, both were handled well.

I completely agree with the comment below. He is a salesman and it shows tooooo much. Also some of his staff do not understand English. I am not planning on going back to this clinic.

First off, I'd like to say that these other reviews are most likely fraudulent. They sound like they were written by the staff at the clinic. While not terrible, my experience at this clinic was not the A++ described in these reviews. The staff and the doctor are friendly- this much is true. However, this vet is a salesman, first and foremost. After an hour at the clinic the doctor had recommended a wide array of treatments and vaccines for what we discovered was a perfectly healthy cat. He also prescribed medication with very little plausible explanation. Finally, I was most irritated at the fact that I wasn't shown an invoice (while I was in the office). At the end of the check-up, the receptionist simply told me I owed X amount of money, and then acted irritated when I began asking questions. Professionals make sure their customers see plain and clear what they are paying for. A failure to do so is bad business. This vet doesn't overcharge, he just squeezes out as much as he can.
