This vet did a cruciate (ACL) repair surgery on my 113# Lab. She was great! She explains everything fully in the consultation, she and the seemed very kind to my dog, and Dr. Lansdowne has a lot of experience. The surgery at this clinic was more expensive than some other clinics in the area, but I would rather spend and extra $500 or so to have it done correctly the first time by a specialist. My dog had a TPLO, which is the more extensive of the two types of cruciate repairs. I would recommend going to a specialist is you have a large breed dog that requires this surgery. You certainly don't want to have it done a second time! I highly recommend this vet!
