Dr. Memon and his staff really impressed me today. Dr. Memon was amazing. He was thorough in his examination, professional and sensitive to our situation. He provided several options and was very kind. I brought in my Chihuahua today who was limping and I was really worried that I was going to be pressured with a lot of services that I would not be able to afford. I was so happy with the overall experience. I would highly recommend this clinic, as they treat your pets as if they were their own.

Took our new puppy there was quoted $58 for shots, and they ended up charging my daughter who is a teen $250 for unnecessary shots, im beyond furious

While looking for a vet to spay my dog for a reasonable price I found Dr Bhatti at Dixie Eglinton Animal Clinic. The price quoted was less than found elsewhere included in the spay price was collar medications and follow up appointment. My dog had some additional health problems and I returned to see Dr Bhatti He researched different approaches and therapies and offered the best solutions based on what I could afford. Dr Bhatti has an obvious love of animals he was very caring and gentle with Joy. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain every thing to me every step of the way. I was very appreciative that I was never made to feel that I wasn’t doing enough or that I must do things a certain way. Dr Bhatti presented different options and we worked together to find the best option that worked for us. I can never thank Dr. Bhatti and the caring staff at Dixie Eglinton Animal Clinic and My Own Vets for treating us so well and giving such excellent care to Joy.

Very disappointed. They just lost 3 of their dog patients. I have paid to get my dog rabies and the booster shot. The vet ended up giving her only rabies since she was sill good for her booster. Still paid for both shots! Came back to get her the booster that I had paid for previously. They wanted to charge me another $70 for her vaccination EVEN THOUGH I had paid previously for rabies AND the booster shot. Too bad that they rather lose 3 patients than giving me what I paid for! I am not recommending this clinic anymore.

This place is great. I was very happy with the staff and how my cat was. Had my cat spayed am declaw done. The doctors did great job and staff explained everything when I picked my cat up. Very nice to see that there are still vets that care and are great with price . Keep doing great job !!!

To my dog there for a neuter. Big Mistake. The lady at the front desk was rude smelled and dirty in appearance. When I picked up my dog he was already extremely swollen and the incision was bleeding and did not look good. I have worked at clinics. The incision should almost be not even visible. Had to take him to a 24hr clinic 2 days later for antibiotics and more pain meds. Was told at the 24hr clinic that where I went was an assembly line. Do not take your animal here it will cost you more in the long run. Remember you always get what you pay for. If it sounds to good to be true it probably is.

I have had both my cats neutered here. I have also brought my cats for shots and when they are sick. Never had a problem. As I'm writting this rating my dog Molly is there getting spayed. I was greated with friendly staff this morning, they treated Molly very well. I have called to check on her and was happily assisted. While I do believe that you get what you pay for, I truly believe that this place outdoes itself. They are friendly, honest, and AFFORDABLE!

I took my cat to this clinic for a declaw and neuter. This vet requires full payment in advance, which is not something I have heard of before. Although the price is very reasonable, I found it extremely difficult to get answers on the condition of my pet. I tried to contact them, and was transferred to an answering service who delivers messages to the clinic. You can not reach them directly. The operator indicated that they don't call unless there is a problem, but having them assure me that everything was fine would have given me more peace of mind.

Had 2 Yorkie's brought here for neutering and one had an additional 2 baby teeth removed. It is hard to find a vet that cares for animals and is reasonably priced; this is the place. My other vet was consumed with my wallet not my pet. This vet is not conveniently located for me however is defiantly worth the drive!
