Outstanding service. From answering my questions to performing my puppy's surgery to the pricing. I would recommend this clinic to anyone with a pet. Keep up the great work you do!!

I took my dogs here to get neutured and had great experience with that. As a regular vet I wouldn't recommend. My dogs dont like it here.

I normally do not write reviews but felt this was warranted to raise awareness of the great service that is provided at this vet clinic. I brought my dog in for a routine neuter service and decided to add on a few of the other services they offered while he was being put under anesthetics. Due to medical conditions my dog has been having Dr. Memon called me to go over his issues and recommended waiting until my dog was older to see if his conditioned lessened before putting him under. I ended up picking him up and the Dr spent a good half over with me at the clinic and over a half hour back and forth on the phone while he looked into my dogs issues and when I left they refunded my entire order did not push any of the other services on me and even cut his nails and cleaned him up for no charge which I originally asked to pay for as a service at the beginning of my visit. Very thorough exam on my dog, you could really tell his love for his job and the animals. All the staff were great

Dr. Memon and his staff really impressed me today. Dr. Memon was amazing. He was thorough in his examination, professional and sensitive to our situation. He provided several options and was very kind. I brought in my Chihuahua today who was limping and I was really worried that I was going to be pressured with a lot of services that I would not be able to afford. I was so happy with the overall experience. I would highly recommend this clinic, as they treat your pets as if they were their own.

Took our new puppy there was quoted $58 for shots, and they ended up charging my daughter who is a teen $250 for unnecessary shots, im beyond furious

While looking for a vet to spay my dog for a reasonable price I found Dr Bhatti at Dixie Eglinton Animal Clinic. The price quoted was less than found elsewhere included in the spay price was collar medications and follow up appointment. My dog had some additional health problems and I returned to see Dr Bhatti He researched different approaches and therapies and offered the best solutions based on what I could afford. Dr Bhatti has an obvious love of animals he was very caring and gentle with Joy. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain every thing to me every step of the way. I was very appreciative that I was never made to feel that I wasn’t doing enough or that I must do things a certain way. Dr Bhatti presented different options and we worked together to find the best option that worked for us. I can never thank Dr. Bhatti and the caring staff at Dixie Eglinton Animal Clinic and My Own Vets for treating us so well and giving such excellent care to Joy.

Very disappointed. They just lost 3 of their dog patients. I have paid to get my dog rabies and the booster shot. The vet ended up giving her only rabies since she was sill good for her booster. Still paid for both shots! Came back to get her the booster that I had paid for previously. They wanted to charge me another $70 for her vaccination EVEN THOUGH I had paid previously for rabies AND the booster shot. Too bad that they rather lose 3 patients than giving me what I paid for! I am not recommending this clinic anymore.

This place is great. I was very happy with the staff and how my cat was. Had my cat spayed am declaw done. The doctors did great job and staff explained everything when I picked my cat up. Very nice to see that there are still vets that care and are great with price . Keep doing great job !!!

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT DIXIE-EGLINTON ANIMAL CLINIC. MY TWO YEAR OLD BULL DOG SPAYED THERE RECENTLY. THE STAFF AND DOCTOR WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. MOST IMPORTANTLY THE PRICE WAS SO REASONABLE THAT I CAN EVER FOUND IN THE CITY. NOW I AM THINKING TO CONTINUE THEM AS MY VET. I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO GO TO DIXIE-EGLINTON ANIMAL CLINIC FOR YOUR PET'S HEALTH BECAUSE THEY KEPT THEIR PRICES VERY REASONABLE SO EVERY ONE CAN EASILY AFFORD.

To my dog there for a neuter. Big Mistake. The lady at the front desk was rude smelled and dirty in appearance. When I picked up my dog he was already extremely swollen and the incision was bleeding and did not look good. I have worked at clinics. The incision should almost be not even visible. Had to take him to a 24hr clinic 2 days later for antibiotics and more pain meds. Was told at the 24hr clinic that where I went was an assembly line. Do not take your animal here it will cost you more in the long run. Remember you always get what you pay for. If it sounds to good to be true it probably is.

I have had both my cats neutered here. I have also brought my cats for shots and when they are sick. Never had a problem. As I'm writting this rating my dog Molly is there getting spayed. I was greated with friendly staff this morning, they treated Molly very well. I have called to check on her and was happily assisted. While I do believe that you get what you pay for, I truly believe that this place outdoes itself. They are friendly, honest, and AFFORDABLE!

Excellent service, fair pricing, nice facilities and really, friendly - professional staff. I have already recommended to many of my friends. I also like that they are honest about rabies being a three year vacine..and not requiring annual shots!

I have taken my cats and my dog to all get neutered/spayed and I love this place! They are one of the honest vets that don't try to scam you for your money. I love that you bring them in at 7am and you can pick them up at 5pm the same day. The staff is really nice and tell you whats gonna happen, and the price is unbeatable!!

Excellent Service and price. No frills kind of place. I love this place. They keep costs down and pass on the savings. I was there 4 years ago and had my cat neutered and declawed and came across this rating service while looking for the number to pass on to a friend. Love this place.

this was a terrible experience ! i had come in at 8:00 to drop off my cat for surgery there was a woman with a strong european accent that just opened the door and walked away..not very welcoming. i tried asking questions she just said someone will explain at the end of the day, i wasnt even able to prepare myself. i tried calling during the day to find out how my cat was doing and they said only if theres a problem they call.. they dont even answer their phones !! Later on i came to pick up my cat and she was not allowing the staff to remove her from the kennel so i had to go behind their curtains...WHAT A MESS !!! i could not believe thats where the animals were held, the dirtiness, i could only imagine how the surgery was done, never again i rather pay 3 times the amount than go there, not a place i would recommend ever !!

I took my cat to this clinic for a declaw and neuter. This vet requires full payment in advance, which is not something I have heard of before. Although the price is very reasonable, I found it extremely difficult to get answers on the condition of my pet. I tried to contact them, and was transferred to an answering service who delivers messages to the clinic. You can not reach them directly. The operator indicated that they don't call unless there is a problem, but having them assure me that everything was fine would have given me more peace of mind.

Had 2 Yorkie's brought here for neutering and one had an additional 2 baby teeth removed. It is hard to find a vet that cares for animals and is reasonably priced; this is the place. My other vet was consumed with my wallet not my pet. This vet is not conveniently located for me however is defiantly worth the drive!
