I had an older rescue. Long story short, they did an unnecessary surgery in December costing $1200+ and causing my dog to be in a painful recovery for weeks. Then last week my dog started having heart and breathing problems (she was 14). I took her to the Fan Vet and they performed Xrays and lab tests. We went home after she seemed to get a little better, but after a few hours of no significant improvement I decided to take her to a different vet. I asked the Fan Vet to send her health history, and they sent a copy of the receipt stating things like "injection x2". The new vet tried multiple times to get her actual health history, xrays, and lab work, but they never sent it. My dog died that evening. Would she have survived if I had gone to a better clinic. I don't know? But I will never recommend this vet. I should have stopped after the unnecessary surgery in December. And I will always regret giving this place a second chance.

I have been going to this vet for a very long time.It has never been outstanding, but the new vet is the straw that broke the camels back.they have a new vet,Dr.Omalley who is terrible.i am switching vets because of her. she is condescending, rude, opinionated, and does not listen to owners, who know their pet best.She lacks people skillsShe made it seem like seeing my animal was a burden even though its her job! besides the new terrible vet, they forget to do services Ive requested and have messed up my billing.I am always forced to wait past when my appointment is and the vet techs fail to explain the proper use of the medication prescribed every single time ive gone.The techs just simply read the directions off of the drug label, because you know, i cant read it myself. they failed to tell me that because its a suspension I need to shake it well or how important it is to keep the tip of the bottle off of the infected area to prevent contamination.all around terrible do not come here
