The first time there, it smelled like poo because of the cats. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and seemed to enjoy animals. The vets however seemed very rushed and seemed to want to get us out after only 5 minutes. I had to spew out as many questions as I could possibly remember to ask because all times I've been there - they had one foot out of the exam room and looked more and more inconvenienced and annoyed with each question. The appointment alone cost $45 each time plus medication costs. $45 for a 5 minute appointment is not a bad deal for them. I wondered if all vet clinics were that "acccomodating" until my puppy had another issue - I took her to an emergency clinic in Clarkson as it was a weekend evening. The vet there was extremely busy but actually sat down - to my surprise - and was so patient in answering all of my questions. She spent more than 30 minutes with us to answer questions and concerns. I didn't feel rushed at all and appreciated her care.

Excellent service. Doctors are very knowledgeable and really care about the well being of my pets. I will definitely be back.

I recently adopted an adult cat from Dundas East AH. I went in twice - once for more information on adoption, and was provided with great information and all the appropriate forms. After providing them with my information and MHS deciding I was fit to take a cat in, I went a second time and had a great experience choosing the cat that was right for me. I just felt terrible I couldn't take two, or more.

I brought my puppy to this vet for the first time & I did not like the way the doctor treated my puppy. I felt very uncomfortable and it didn't seem like the doctor took his time at all. I waited about 45 minutes after my scheduled time to be taken into the room. On top of that I felt like the doctor recommended so many extra things to earn money.. won't be coming back here. Also my puppy was very unhappy after the visit as well.

This clinic has such cheerful and knowledgeable staff. Doctors knew exactly what was wrong with my pet and very affordable which is a big plus! ill be coming back.

I love this clinic, i bring my pets here all the time and the Drs and staff are always so friendly and helpful. I dont know why others are complaining about the staff helping them with the MHS cats when they can easily contact MHS themselves. Def see the cats in the adoption center, they are all super cute. I always have a positive experience every time I come here :)

I have never met a staff made up of such rude and unfriendly people. They were condiscending and not helpful in the least bit. The speak to clients over the phone in the complete opposite manner but once they get you through their doors it's a different atmosphere. I noticed that the Mississauga Humane Society has a cat adoption room in their facilities, please DO visit those poor cats it you are looking to adopt but don't bother asking the staff there because they are not affiliated with the MHS nor will they be willing to assist you even if the girl behind the desk has nothing to do but text on her phone which seems to keep her too occupied to answer any questions that you may have. I was absolutely appalled by their behaviour, the MHS should relocate their cats because this location will only deter people from re-visiting them.

The clinic itself is great but I very much dislike the doctor that saw my pet. Though he was quite knowledgeable, he was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable with him handling my pet. Other staff were friendly and made me feel very welcome and the place was spotless.

dr dhaliwal(if thats how you spell his name) is amazing he and the other doctors saved my 11 year old dog from a ruptured bladder and stones. other doctors had all told us that she will not make it and here he performed a miricale.

excellent facility,knowledgable veterinarian, saved my 12 years old cat after getting into shock. prices reasonable.
