I live in an isolated rural area, 5.5 hrs drive to Williams Lake and we currently have no Vet travelling to our community. On contacting the Williams Lake Vet. clinic to renew a simple prescription for predisone the vet refused to set a time to call and got irritated that I wasn't available when she got around to calling and no consideration of my busy schedule. 4+ weeks after my first call to the clinic I still have not talked to a Vet, receive contradictory statements from front desk staff and still no predisone. And when I asked for the Vet to set a time when she could call they demanded payment up front for the consult; which is something I have never experienced in over 50+ years of having pets. Unfornately it appears this clinic (as I have had experienced problems with them before and their lack of consideration for their out of town clients) are more interested in $'s then our beloved pet's health and quality of life.

After months of wondering what my dog's right shoulder really looked like after surgery a year previous, I finally have the answers! I am very impressed with the expertise and professionalism of the Williams Lake Veterinary Hospital's team. What an excellent facility and what great care they displayed with my dog, Teddy. I wish I lived here .. then I would know that my pet's problems are properly assessed and I am getting the "real" picture.

The staff do an outstanding job. They have been very supporrtive in our cant's weight loss. Every month we bring her in for her weigh-in and they are always prompt. Thank you for a the years of great service, Brent and Chris Ravn.

I believe Dr. Kaye has sold his practice. A good thing because he was so 'burnt out' and so ignorant of what was going on under his nose. After many, many years of good service he just left his clients to find another vet. He used to be good - he's not now. I wonder who bought the clnic??
