Oh man, so many concerns about this hospital.
The vet is so self-righteous. The vet puts on the appearance of caring and concern for our dog, but it is obvious that her actions are motivated by money. The vet was constantly suggesting we bring the dog in for a follow-up to make sure everything was "fine" when simply asking us about how our dog was doing would suffice. Our dog is like our child, we love her and care for her, we know when something is wrong. Why not just ask us? Why suggest she come in and then charge us for said check-up when the "treatment" was working?
The clinic also withheld our dogs medical history. We tried to get it from the staff but they kept spouting claims of "we can't give you your dogs history for liability reasons" and "only the vet can release this information." We then called the College of Veterinarians of Ontario and confirmed with them that vets must release our pets medical history to us, sure, they can charge us some administration fee, but

Dr. C is very argumentive and rude. She makes you feel as though you are abusing your pet if you don't pay for every service that she recommends. My previous vet explained that some services are not really necessary but just precautionary. Her prices are very expensive and she doesn't offer any discount for multiple pets. I went to her several times to give her the benefit of the doubt but couldn't take her any more and had to find another vet.

NEVER take your pet there. they only care about the money and not the health of your pet. i went there seeking advice for my hamster's purple swelling on his stomach. i brought my hamster with me to show them and they said they wont even take a look at my hamster or give any advice if i didnt pay the $79 checkup fee ($90 after tax)

Dr. S. Campolongo is very caring to both the animals she treats and the families. She leaves no stone unturned in treating pets.

I have nothing but praise for Dr. Susan Campolongo. She has been my vet from the day she opened her clinic, even though I now live 30 kms away! She's caring and compassionate, honest and direct. She's incredibly dedicated to her profession and our beloved companion animals. She is thorough, analytical, skilled and very knowledgeable and offers options to consider. She is very generous of her time and insight. She didn't give up on Buttons at the right time, yet she knew exactly when to help us say our last "good byes". Thank you Susan so much for always being there when we needed you :-).

Would not allow us to bring in a dog with a stroke when she was open even though she was his vet for 11 years. Send us to an emergency clinic 30 minutes away. Dog passed away on route to emergency clinic.
