unrully am bull dog sedated to stitch up minor cut. informed owner butnot of risk or options. post-anesthesia checked on pet twice. did not properly monitor pet. two months before pet made it through sedation for bursted anal gland. informed owner this did not know why healthy 9-yr-old dog awakened from sedation turned around in cage and found dead in cage next am. owner was told dogs age, breed was to blame.was not monitored or breathing tube. died.
