30-year customer calling it quits due to HORRIBLE customer service which has STEADILY declined over the past few years after Dr. Wagers retired. They NEVER answer the phone, and once you get there they are downright RUDE, complete with sour faces and crappy tones. I genuinely think that they don't like their job at all and IT SHOWS!

My dog had been having seizures they gave him Phenobarbital for them,after years of being on it had routine blood levels checked in Jan they said everything came back great.They allowed me for 6 months to come in and get refills.On July 4th weekend they were closed for vacations so I went in 2 days early to get refills Harold Wagers got on phone and refused the refills saying that my dog was toxic levels.I asked when this came about he stated Jan when blood was tested I asked why I was lied to and told all was graet.His response was maybe they didnt feel it was that important.Well 2 days later because of this my dog suffered a severe seizure we rushed him to animal emergency clinic and he had to be put down.This man only cares about money and how fast he can get you in and out.We have since found numerous people that he has caused the deaths of their animals.If you want a real and caring vet go to Baytown and look up LARRY J CHRISTENSEN 4601 Decker Dr,Baytown,Tx 281-424-5575

Best Vet I have ever been to. Have taken all my dogs(11)for 4 years since I was referred to him by a client of mine. Highly recommend him. Staff really cares for the animals.

Excellent Vet! Super busy as they're one of the only vet clinics in the area. Super inexpensive...don't rip you off like some others do. Of course, they don't give you pretty print outs, but the office staff are super helpful and very friendly. Good old country vet. Expect to wait in line though.
