I have been going to Dr. Jaime Velasco for years, and had many pets come and go as I like to rescue dogs, some make it, some unfortunately don't, I am very pleased with his honesty, and his sympathetic great customer service as well as his staff. I would highly recommend his services, which I have in the past to anyone. I recall one time when one of my Poms, died of a cardiac arrest, and I was at work and couldn't make it before they closed, I had made plans for Gateway cremation to pick her up, they held her for me, til I was able to see her and that was something they didn't have to do, but they saw my pain, and worked together with me. The staff whether holding tissue boxes or giving me a moment with my 4 paw family member alone is priceless.
