The clinic and alot of the staff are nice...mostly. Definately do not see dr jerry murray. What a prick. He felt he needed to choke hold my dog in order to get a blood sample. Had his assistant body slam him to the table and he has hip problems. Ive taken this same dog to the vet for 8 years. He will hold his paw out for you to take the blood sample, choke hold unnecessary. Also misdiagnosed my other dogs "eye infection" had him on antibiotics for a month with no results. $700 later, it turns out it was a damaged nerve and required no treatment. Dr jerry murry is an absolute joke, and apparently cant work with an animal without sedating it.

Dr. Murray is a first rate A-HOLE. He actually made a JOKE about my elder kitty and wanted to gas her down to give her a SHOT of antiobiotics. He argued with me giving her ice cream to bring her blood sugar up and was quite pompous. The previous posting is spot on, and as a whole this clinic is money driven. Their staff are sometimes nice and often rude. I saw them carrying my 16 1/2 year old kitty girl with the carrier case in a VERTICAL position, so no doubt she was scared and confused, and possibly uncomfortable being up ended. It's too bad, because Dr. Johnson seems to be a genuinely nice person. Then again, ya never know. I tried to get clarity on whether my sweet girl was suffering and they would never give me a straight answer. So lots of trips with UI infections due to her diabetes, sub-Q fluids for her kidneys that I myself administered, and meanwhile I kept asking if it was time. Answer, "The only one that really knows that is you." Why go 2 a vet?

Monetary rating is low because there are two doctors there that will prolong an animal's suffering to get more money. Dr. Murray is especially guilty of this and seems to not care about the animal's suffering or their owner's. I honestly don't know why they hired him. Drl Johnson is wonderful. Dr. Spratt is somewhere inbetween actually caring and money-driven.
