I phoned several animal hospitals one Sunday evening as our new pup wasn't well. The Kingsway Animal clinic got back to me crack of dawn on Monday and fitted her in even though they were busy. They are down to earth and friendly. The vets explain in detail what is required for treatment and give options. An animal is in good hands here.

I have never met a more compassionate, caring and dedicated team. I know that I am always getting the most honest, beneficial advice to give my dog the best quality of life.

I am a new client with this vet and I can't say enough good things about them. I have two purebred kittens. All the staff from reception, to the clinicians to the vets truly love animals and are motivated by what is in the best interests for you and your pets. One of my kittens became very ill with an upper respiratory infection. He failed to thrive and died in the end. However, the care was top notch. Both my kitten and I were treated with such concern and respect throughout this ordeal. The vets helped me make good decisions for my pet every step of the way. Their fees are very reasonable. I was bringing my kitten there on a weekly basis to weigh him since he wasn't gaining weight and was never charged for these visits. I was given free samples of food for him to help him try to gain weight. I called 12 clinics to get quotes on spaying his sister and this clinic was very reasonable. Certainly not the cheapest but somewhere in the middle.
