I have been looking to find out what was wrong with my cherished Beagle, Rooster for a few months now. I was getting mixed diagnoses, so after doing much research I picked this clinique. Dr. Leduc spent a good 40 minutes diagnosing her. When he thought it was a herniated disc problem, he suggested x-rays. The money was not wasted. The radiologist confirmed the diagnosis. Maryse spent an equally long time setting up a weight loss plan for her. Then they did follow-ups. I could not ask for better care for my precious dog. Susan Louis-Seize

I came in with one of my sick cats as he had caugth what my other cat had. Instead of getting the same treatement I got for my first cat I was told it could be anything and needed to spend about 600$ Worth of tests. Went to another vet for a second opinion and got my cat treated for less than a partial test at this clinic as the vet determined that he had caught the same thing as my first cat and was offered alternate treatements that were more appropriate for my cat and less traumatic. The vet at this clinic was not friendly and suggested certain treatements and tests that were not necessary since the symptoms pointed to the same issue as my other cat.

They are very good at respecting appointment hours. The staff is very engaged and not a disgruntled employee in sight. Telephone contact is excellent, questions are answered without a problem, follow up calls after procedures are done. It's in Quebec so it's definitely cheaper than in Ontario but quality doesn't suffer. I'm glad I switched my dogs to this clinic.

Staffs: professional, courteous, empathic and knowledgeable. My dogs and cats loves going to see them. Food: best quality for your pets, my dog is 12 yr old and look no more than 5. As long as we have pets, we will only go at this place. Money wise, you pay for quality. Recommanded this place to my friends, they where all impressed by the quality of service.

That comment about the visit with puppies, the vet's wife, the Lyme disease vaccine, is all about another clinic. I told my vet about this mistake. To bad people do not take care of what they are writing... At the clinic veterinaire de l'Outaouais they have a staff of more than 10 employees, and they give an awesome service. I have been a client there for many years, have 3 dogs and one cat. They love animals, you can tell wright away. Professional service, competent, pricing fare (might not be for you if price is number one factor when you choose a vet), but you have to wait a little sometimes (worth the wait though).I highly recommend this clinic.

1)Once the staff behind the desk laughed at me, with other pet owners present, when they asked me what kind of cat I had. I said the breed instead of it being domestic. The three of them laughed. I didn't! 2)Another time the woman vet got mad at me because my cat had licked it's stitches. The cone came off when I was at work. Sorry lady I live alone. I can only do so much. 3)I take one of my cats to get put to sleep, they were busy during heart worm season so I got rushed service from the man vet and little sympathy. The capper was the assistant who had no compassion and was cold as ice. With tears running down my cheeks I asked her to mail me the bill so I could just go home. Their old office waiting area being the size of a closet I didn't want to everyone seeing me like this. She says "No. Why." As if it wasn't obvious enough, I had to explain to her why. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!
