Today was Buster's first visit at Fairmont animal hospital.I have to say what a delight it was.Dr Christina Parker was amazing.Dr.parker went above and beyond all of our expectations.She answered all of our questions and concerns and Buster just loved her.Dr Parker is so gentle and kind. From the moment we walked in we were greated by the friendliest staff. Marie the clinic manager was one of the most welcoming person I have ever met. The take away home notes were great.Thank you Fairmont I am so glad you took Buster as your new patient. I would recommend Fairmont Animal Hospital to anyone that wants to know that their pet is going to receive special attention and care.

Dr Wells and all the staff are truly amazing! Dr Wells saved our kitten Milo's life. If it was not for her he would not be here today. A huge thank you! The staff at the front are so friendly and compassionate as well. I went to this clinic because of their ratings and I can clearly see why the ratings are all 5 stars. Great job! I travel across the city to see this vet and I suggest anyone thinking of looking for a vet to do the same with no hesitation if you love your pet. Thank you Dr Wells and Staff again for all that you have done to bring Milo back to health and happiness ??

We have been going to Fairmont for many years. All of the staff are very knowledgable, accomodating,and friendly. They go the extra mile, and are very compassionate. I fully trust all of them in the care of my animals. The veternarians are very thorough in their investigations with exams and ailments which is very important to me. Marie is great, and very knowledgable and has helped us out with disagreements when dealing with pet insurance. I wouldnt take my pets anywhere else!

I heard that someone gave them a bad rating in error. They rated the wrong clinic. We have been with Fairmont Animal clinic for over 30 years. They are all compassionate, caring, thoughtful, kind, punctual. I feel very lucky that our kitties have been cared for here forever. They have laughed at our funny stories and cried with us when have had to said goodbye to our fur babies. God Bless them all!

All staff are wonderful and knowledgable .We have been with Fairmont from the beginning and wouldn't go anywhere else.Even tho their main concern is your animal they are willing to listen to your concerns and help any way they can , whether it's food or a problem at home with your pet. GOLD STARS ALL AROUND!!!!

My honest opinion about Fairmont Animal Hospital... Fantastic! The welcoming committee (receptionists) are always wonderful! The techs and doctors are all fantastic and very efficient. I 100% trust my babies with this staff! The cost of things.. please do remember people..you get what you pay for, and they meet that number with their service! You guys are awesome!

Fairmont is staffed with the most amazing and caring vets and support staff. We have never had to wait too long to be seen. When our cat gets anxious the staff will admit us into an empty examination room while we wait. Fairmont is accommodating, accepting and friendly with all pet personalities. The vets are all knowledgeable and thorough, allowing us to ask questions and express any concerns. While our cat does not like being poked and prodded he can be heard cooing and purring for the vets. With some recent health scares, Fairmont was able to see us at short notice. The staff was keen to follow up on our cat’s development and helped him get healthy again! Even when our dog was sick and eventually passed away, the staff remained supportive and compassionate throughout that rough time. You get what you pay for and they are worth the price. We have been visiting Fairmont for the last 20 years and couldn’t imagine trusting the health and well-being of our fur family to anyone else!

I walked in & waited to be acknowledged. I was a new patient so I had to fill out paper work. My appt. was at 1040 that I arrived 5-10 minutes early but yet had to wait to be noticed. Then 2 other people had walked in whose appointments were at 11 (I asked them after we had waited 45 min sitting on wooden benches) but yet they were ahead of my dog!?! I also had a 13 month old who was ready for a nap & had told them that after I had waited 45 minutes & was told it should be soon because only 2 people in front of me.. I waited 15 more min before I walked out. I have transferred my documents & will never use them. I understand 30 minutes, not an hour!! Also noticed a guy with a cat who left after waiting 15 min. NEVER have I waited so long & then to only get a sorry.. Everyone is replaceable & they clearly didn't want my business very much.

Expensive at times, yes, but my vet there has been overly compassionate and even has taken her own personal time to respond to my concerns and find results. She has always looked for the last possible cost for things for me as we are on a budget. All you have to do is ask and they will do this. Everyone there cares so much. I have had to have 3 elderly fur kids euthanized in my life, with the last 2 being there. For a horrible time to have to go through they made it the best anyone possibly could with tons of compassion and care. For some services I have had to pay more than the average vet but this is a way above average clinic. You do get what you pay for, and when it comes to my furry family members I will always choose quality over price even though we have limited funds. I will never go anywhere else.

I love it at this vet. They always take the time to give my dogs great care and I never feel like I have to rush out. Yes they are expensive but you get what you pay for. I would highly reccomend them.

I think the vets at this clinic are nice and treat our pets OK. However, I find them overpriced compared to other vets. I have two dogs and it was going to cost us around $300 per dog for shots and so we went elsewhere and it cost about $100 for BOTH dogs.

I do not feel that this vet actually cared about my cat, I feel that she was much more concerned about making money. My fiance and I spent thousands of dollars at this vet in a matter of days on a very sick cat (on services we later found out we could have gotten elsewhere for less money; of course if you are willing to spend that kind of money you don't care about spending it, but money runs out, and when your family member is sick you don't think your vet is going to take advantage of you.)I also want to mention that even after having spent that much money, she would not work out a payment plan to save his life. After giving us a grim diagnosis of a 40% survival rate and suggesting that any new symptoms required a discussion of euthanasia she sent us on our way. If it was not for another absolutely amazing vet I would have lost him, as they were content to send us on our way.
