When I recently had to take one to an emergency clinic for a UTI, he called a few days later to check on my kitty and to offer to schedule a follow up appointment. While I do find that some medications and supplies they offer can be purchased for less elsewhere, I have been extremely happy with the staff and care provided by VCA Cromwell over the past five or six years.
