I brought my 2yr old amstaff mix in for a simple procedure. It turned into one of the worst experiences in my life.He is like my son. I got a call 15min after dropping him off informing me that my dog was no longer at their facilities and that he had escaped over the fence and could not be found. He could have been hit by a car,picked up by animal control, shot for trespassing or various other scenarios that were racing through my head for an hour. He was eventually found by other patients at the hospital.The front counter staff was very caring and helpful.No compensation of any kind was offered, I have been urged by family members to take legal action, although I think it would be justified I don't want any gain from this. I'm just happy he is back and safe. can't see myself ever returning but they have promised to fix the fence and once that is done I think it would be a safe facility. but in the mean time I would strongly discourage anyone from bringing their K-9 here.
