Nice place for pets. I just wish the vets were a little less condescending and single minded. They were not interested in any input from the pet parent. Any explanation I gave for why their Suggestions wouldn’t work for me in my household situation were met with disdain.

We transferred our 3 dogs and cat to Linden Ridge last year, for care and grooming and I can not express how impressed we have been, with all the staff there. The front staff have always been engaging and the vets very impressive in treating a range of complex medical issues with two of our pets. Grooming also fantastic our nervous schnauzer gets the best cut he has ever had.

I can't thank the staff at lindenridge animal hospital enough for their caring, compassionate treatment of our beloved family dog. Dr. Gledhill was patient and explained the process in detail. My family had a difficult decision with our senior pet. The staff really helped with their level of professional care. Thank you!!

Many times I have felt that staff are more interested in your wallet than the pet who is being treated. Dr. Gledhill needs to communicate without being condescending. Dr Sexmith needs to realize that a cat is a living, breathing being. They are the same value in this world as any pet, no matter what species. Both need to brush up on their communication skills and not blame the client when communication fails. Dr Sexsmith in particular needs to take a course in compassion. Happy to be away from these people.

I was very happy with front staff and Dr. Gledhill..until I disagreed with her about an issue and she got all uppity and said I should take my business elsewhere. Which I promptly did and I am now VERY pleased with NEW clinic and vet we now pay for our business.

Our family is new to Winnipeg but have had pets for many years. We were very happy with the warm welcome and the information that we got from the vet and her staff. They took extra time to answer our questions and we never felt rushed. Our cat actually seemed to enjoy the visit and that is a first. Highly recommended.

Dr Gledhill is amazing and her staff is excellent with all pets, including the more challenging ones which we sometimes end up with despite our best efforts! I have 100% confidence in their care and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

The reception staff is horribly rude. unfortunately since they are the first people you encounter it defines your experience. word of advice, if you want to keep clients act in a professional matter. Even if you are having a bad day, we do not want to deal with your attitude.

Very clean environment. They really love the animals that they are caring for at the clinic. The staff and two Doctors are just wonderful and great to work with.

I had to bring in my old girl "Figgy Cat" as it was her time. She lived to the ripe old cat age of 19 and had a stroke through the night. I called this clinic and made an appointment and got in right away. I was impressed by the kind, caring, compassionate staff and Doctor at this clinic. They treat Figgy and I with such kindness, allowing me to say my goodbyes with out feeling rushed in any way. And although I found it too difficult to be with her as she was put down, the vet lady brought her back in the room so I could say my final goodbye. This gesture touched me so deeply. I wanted to say thank you. I would recommend this clinic to all.

very thorough exam of my cat who does not do well at the vets office. She was very confident in her approach, explained what they were doing at all times and even had a time where they played with my cat. My cat was at ease. a pleasant visit
