Making an appontment at this facility means nothing, concerning time and the service requested. After an initial consultation several weeks earlier, a different Dr (on duty that day)refused to adhere to the agreed upon treatment. After waiting over 1/2 hour past my appointment time the vet was quite unprofessional and refused service without even examining my cat. Do not use this facility!!! His course of action without an exam was several costly tests not even discussed by the prior vet.
