Dr. Hugh misdiagnosed our cat and we had to take her to another clinic for further tests. This cost us over $1,000 more on vet bills. She had a massive tumour that Dr. Hugh didn't notice. We took another one of our cats there for a routine examination and you would be shocked to know what he left up her rectum! There was no written apology or reimbursement of all the fees we paid.

Staff are exceptionally friendly, make you feel at ease. They never push for any unnecessary treatments or shots, I can always trust when the vet recommends something that it should in fact be done. The most reasonably priced vet around. Truly honest and trust worthy. I 'be been taking my dogs there for 7 years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I highly recommend this clinic to anyone! I work at a vet clinic myself and still take my dogs hillview! The prices are reasonable and they do not try to push any extra unnecessary things at you!

Have been taking our Siberian Husky to Dr Hugh since she was seven months. Great vet, exceptional animal/people skills. Very compassionate/caring ways about him. Even if his practice is some distance from you....please...do yourself/your family and your pet a favor...see Dr Hugh! Great guy! Great staff!

great vet and I love the staff. I have been going there for 7 years. I live much farther away now but I still attend his clinic. he is honest, reliable, trustworthy and fair.

This vet was recommended by a friend .They go above and beyond the call. Always friendly and considerate of your situation. The vet is very to the point and you never feel like he is doing Nything that is unnecessary. I drive out of my way to go there . my only complaint is that there is no emergency service in my area.
