Many years ago I had an aussie debarked here. I paid for, and authorized an oral debark (easier on the dog and quicker recovery). The "office manager" told the vet I wanted a SURGICAL debark (more involved surgery completely removing sound, longer recovery time) and they insisted I pay for the wrong surgery ($400 more than I was quoted). It qas a shock to see my show dog with a shaved neck from the surgery I didn't authorize! The vet who did the surgery told him that even though I signed a release for an oral debark, since the office manager said surgical debark that's what he did! Without even trying to call me! NEVER AGAIN will I use this vet!

Have only been to this clinic as an out of town patient for progesterone testing and CERF exams. I was very pleased with the service of fitting me in on short notice. Many of my friends use this clinic and highly recommend their staff's expertise.

Dr Palmatier is wonderfully informative, Dr Gaarder was a true asset, too bad he has left, overall very good clinic!

I didn't agree with the results of my visit this summer so I have switched vets. My puppy was put in a full leg cast for a broken toe and if I wouldn't have listened to my gut she would've probably lost her foot. Having the cast was the worse thing for her. She now is perfectly fine since I took it off of her.

I am so thankful to have this group of vets. I have a dog that goes here to have his back adjusted. It has changed our lives. I'm so grateful to Dr. Palmatier. Unfortunately, they are too far away from me (50 miles) to go regularly, I would highly recommend them to people that live in their are.

This is a multi-vet clinic with exceptional, caring personnel working throughout the facility. Providing exceptional care and compassion to pets and owners on the South Side of Anchorage. It is clearly obvious from the moment you walk in the door that everyone there really CARES about pets. The efficiency and service you would expect from a large, multi unit vet practice with the personality of a small town vet. My pets love going there, and that is the best endorsement!
