Click to report rating    6/7/16   5     5     5     3   We have been going to this clinic for about 2 years. Our primary vet is Dr Phillips and she is amazing. The vet techs are awesome and show a lot of concern for the well being of your pet. My only negative comment is pets staying over night post surgery are not supervised or monitored after the office closes. I found this out after my pet needed emergency surgery and it caused me great deal of upset and anxiety. Thankfully my pet pulled thru. RID: 60791
Click to report rating    12/20/15   5     4     4     4   I am happy with my Vet but needed a groomer. So I went for grooming my dog and was thrilled with the work, price was fair and the groomer was friendly and great with my fur baby. She noticed his ears were cleaned but were very dirty and that I should keep an eye on them if worsen to see my vet. The reception staff was very nice, the area was very clean. I would go back and tell my friends to go. If my vet ever moves, I may see the new young female vet, she was speaking to another pet owner and I was impressed RID: 59316
Click to report rating    9/10/14   1     3     2     1   We have been going to this Vet since we got our dog 9 years ago. Our last visit was a the biggest rip off ever. She has a couple lumps and we had got pricing a year or so ago and we decided that we could afford to have them removed. I took her in to evaluate (at their insistence)and in the less than five minutes that the doctor looked at her the price for surgery had doubled!! And that 5 minutes cost me $200!! The vet did not come and speak to me, the receptionist is the one who told me after I had to listened to a one sided conversation to the receptionist from the vet. In the old days at this vet, I was able to go in with my dog and actually have a conversation with the vet. This was beyond ridiculous, I will never go back and I will never recommend to anyone. Click to report rating    4/28/13   5     5     4     5   We have been going to Dr. Varma for over 15 years. Dr. Varma and his staff are all caring and very concerned with the pets we have brought in. We have found the pricing to be quite fair but not cheap. You get what you pay for.. RID: 42138
Click to report rating    1/23/12   5     5     4     4   Great staff, all caring. Dr.Varma is THE BEST, wouldn't go anywhere else. Excellent customer service, I have been taking my pets there for 10 plus years. RID: 31742
Click to report rating    4/22/11   3     3     3     1   STAFF-pleasant,techs more informative than the vet. FACILITIES-new but wanting. Owner is not always invited back with their pet, a large dog is seen in the back with other animals. Cats in cages, other dogs leashed to the walls. Appeared stressful to all pets there. Those recovering from treatment,in for examination and those merely there for socialization??? PUNCTUALITY-waited >1hr to p/u pet w/ no explanation. VALUE-I know having a pet costs $ but when I stated cost was an issue NO alternative was suggested. ALL procedures were necessary. Make you feel guilty if you don't comply. Geriatric blood work for 8yr old dog requiring stitches("It's been over 2 yrs" but only got the dog last yr.& had blood work done then). Sedation+muzzle? No,MUST be ketamine(which they gave too much of). Was told "Charge it, you'll have a whole month to pay it off". Follow up visits not included in estimate. Wanted to see dog every 2d @ $50-60/visit. >200% markup on meds. $1300 est. quickly became >1500. RID: 24553
Click to report rating    4/20/11   4     5     3     1   This clinic is very much a business more than an animal care facility. they are in a brand new location so everything is clean and nice, but are quite obviously more concerned with billing for everything they can than caring for animals. Guess someone has to pay for the new office. :( The Vet techs are good, it's the vet in particular that appears to be lacking. RID: 24517
