Took a dog that had been bitten by another one there as it was a deep wound and they were close by. They stapled it shut without putting a drain in (I was concerned about that and mentioned it). They assured me it was no problem. The next day his neck had ballooned to twice it's size. That night, pus started oozing out and we removed staples and tried flushing it. We went to our regular vet- a half hour away, and the dog had to have surgery over 90 minutes long to clean out the wound, remove dead tissue and *remove debris not cleaned out of the wound!) 2 drains later and layers of stitches, antibiotics and $900, we got him fixed after that massive screw up by All Creatures. They were my back up vet, but after a few other issues as well, I am not sure about using them anymore for that.

This is a back up clinic for me when my own et is not available. Always have gotten fine service; front desk and vet staff. Good place to take in ferrets. Very caring people and supportive when thisngs are bad with your pet. Seen a bit of turnover with the vets especially since they expanded. Nice roomy waiting area so you aren't sqeezed in next to other animals waiting to be seen.

Spendy, but good overall service, thought I would not recommend as "specialists" Doc's seem friendly and well intentioned, though are very much average. Receptionists are wonderful

Very good care, exceptional staff. The clinic has several veterinarians on staff, but all are knowlegeable and easy to communicate with. They are so busy though I've been turned down for an emergency visit during clinic hours.
