I took my dog to Dr Andrew Ford. I have seen a lot of vets in my day. This is the best vet I have ever seen. He was so compassionate to the dog and to us. He checked every possible thing he could. He even phoned us at home to see how the dog was doing. Seriously you can't go wrong on seeing this Vet. !! ?????? Thankyou. This guy was meant to be a vet!!??

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!
We booked our dog in to get neutered. I called twice asking information about the procedure, getting pre-blood work done, IV etc. Not once did they tell me my dog needed to fast, so both my boyfriend and I took off two days of work to stay home with our dog, and they had him scheduled for a booster, which didn't make much sense since we had his last booster in July at this clinic. After speaking with the receptionist who just argued with me she told me that the Vet said he needed another booster in a month, which is funny because both my boyfriend and I were in the room when the vet looked at him and him and I both agree she never told us he needed a fourth booster. She gave him his booster, his de-wormer, checked his teeth, made sure his balls were dropped and that was all! There is obvious lack of professionalism and clear information coming from this clinic. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

The service at this clinic is great. The staff are eager to assist you and you can tell that they genuinely care about you and your pet. The only negative aspect is they are a little pricey. Overall very impressed.

My Vet Dr. Ken Smith is So caring , compassionate & goes out of his way to help any way he can. The staff are wonderfull and even though I just had to put my 17 yr old Peke down, everyone was so kind and helpful.
