I have taken all of my three cats to this clinic since we moved to Kamloops, and I wanted to say that the care we get has always been absolutely fantastic. The wait is never long, and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and caring. When I had to bring in my cat of 18 years to be put down, it was very, very hard. The care and attention we received throughout the process made the experience the best it could have been considering the circumstances. We were kept well-informed and their gentle, kind approach left us feeling like we were indeed doing the right thing by our precious Fluffy, no matter how hard it was. Thank you guys so much for your help! I highly recommend this excellent facility.

Wonderful! So very caring and compassionate. I recommend them to any who asks me for a "good vet." There's no formalities except when needed and between the doctors and staff, the feeling is one of truly loving what they do. Aside from one bad encounter, with one bad vet, I can honestly say that I wouldn't go anywhere else. First class in medicine and in compassion.
