We are so lucky to have Centennial Animal Hospital in our community. For 12 years, 3 dogs, & 2 cats, each and every doctor, vet tech, assistant, & admin have not only been good, they've been EXCELLENT! I trust them completely, based on years of multiple visits & life-saving & enhancing procedures that allowed my pets to live statistically longer and more robust lives.

The veterinary clinic clearly lets you know it is all about money and charging you after hours prices even when you phoned previously before the visit and we given given a quote and they want to change when you arrive to be triple the original consultation price quoted on a Saturday morning when they are open. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone nor will I ever return to the clinic to entrust the care of my dog to them again.

Although there are a couple good vets in this office, on the whole I find them to be uncaring and unknowledgable. I find the clinic overpriced and always get the sense they are more concerned about money than my pet. They don't know much about pet nutrition and even less about alternative treatments for animals. When dealing with a torn cruciate they did not even have the equipment to take proper x-rays and I had to travel to Barrie to get hem done. They made me feel guilty for not performing a $3000 operation that would only extend my dog's life for MAYBE 4 months. They are fine for routine exams and vaccinations but if you need a vet for any other reason I recommend going elsewhere!

My 2 dogs died because the vet did not understand the situation and thought she did not have the antidote so save the dogs(when in fact alcohol could have saved them from antifreeze poisoning.) She sent me on to another hospital and then it was too late. She needs more training and the hospital still stands behind her and her decision.Therfore I rate the staff as bad( as they are untrained and uncaring). I sat on the floor with my animals and they did not offer me any comfort. The facilities are average. Punctuality is bad as I kept trying to rush the vet after we had the blood test confirming poisoning, to let me take the dogs and she just moved so slow and spent most of my time there phoning other vets. Monetary is bad obviously because I dont want to pay them when they could have easily saved my dogs and the vet was to inept to administer the antidote.

We called for an appointment for our new puppy and were in 2 days later. Just a booster shot, but the staff member on the phone was extremely helpful. Free advice on potty training and treats was offered. When we attended we didn't wait in a noisy waiting room - we went to an examining room right away. The vet and her assistant were gentle, knowledgeable and patiently answered a new owners' many questions. The clinic was recommended by a friend and we will continue to use their services...
